A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, who interfered with the performance of official duties and damaged public goods, demanded that D visit the former North Korean territory and ordered D to order D to order construction, but failed to receive construction orders. However, from July 2015 to February 22, 2016, demanded D military administration to continuously search for the head of the Gun and to change an interview with the head of the Gun, and during eight times as follows, the Defendant used the public officials belonging to D to take a bath for the public officials under his/her jurisdiction and put about his/her happiness, thereby obstructing D public officials’ performance of their official duties by assaulting and threatening them, and damaged their public goods once.

A. From July 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties to public officials E belonging to the D BB office on July 29, 2015; (b) demanded an interview with the head of the Gun while drunkly drinking in the DB office located in North Korea on July 29, 2015; (c) however, the Defendant: (a) performed an interview with the head of the Gun on the ground that the head of the Gun was absent from the place of the Gun; (d) while taking a bath, she took a bath for 30 minutes after making a bath for 15:0 on the same day; and (b) performed an act on the floor where the head of the Gun and the BB office did not have any defect in the Gun and the BB office; and (c) performed an act on the part of the B B at the place where the Gun was in the said Gun office.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the above E who is a public official belonging to D, and interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties concerning the above E's assistance to the military.

(2) On September 9, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 10:00 on September 9, 2015, told that “I will die without the head of a Gun” to the said E for the foregoing reasons.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the above E, thereby hindering the legitimate execution of official duties concerning the above E's assistance to the military.

(3) The Defendant committed the crime of October 23, 2015 found the head of the Gun, while drunkly drinking around 16:20 on October 23, 2015, but the head of the Gun found the above Gun’s Gun’s Gun’s Gun’s Gun’s Gun’s Gun’s Gun’s office.
