Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The victims and the defendant are women after they came to know at the C Camp on February 2013.

1. 피고인은 2013. 4. 10. 00:00경 필리핀소재 D 어학원 1층에서 같은 어학원 선배들과 술을 마시던 중 자신이 소지하고 있던 휴대전화(E) 카카오톡을 이용하여 피해자 F(여, 20세)의 전화번호로 ‘네 엉덩이 빨고 싶다고 ㅋㅋㅋ’, ‘네 몸 만지고 싶다야, 네 엉덩이부터 전체를 네 팬티 무슨색이야 ’ ‘내 엉덩이 핥고 싶어 그래 ㅜㅜ’, ‘섹스하면 깝침’, ‘섹스하자는데 문제냐 네들은 술 쳐 먹고, ㅅㅂ 남자들이랑 애무하는 그건 뭐냐’, ‘니 똥꼬에 손이가 니 똥꼬에 손이가'라는 내용의 메시지를 보내 성적욕망을 유발하거나 만족시킬 목적으로 전화, 그 밖의 통신매체를 통하여 성적 수치심이나 혐오감을 일으키는 글을 상대방에게 도달하게 하였다.

2. On April 10, 2013, the Defendant sent to the other party a message of the victim G (nive, 18 years of age) with the same method in the same manner as the mobile phone number of the victim G in the same manner, and sent to the other party a text that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion by telephone or any other communications media, for the purpose of inducing or meeting the sexual desire by sending the message of the victim’s “I am am am am..........”

3. On April 10, 2013, the Defendant sent at the same place a message at the victim H (n, 19 years of age)’s cell phone number in the same manner as above, and led the Defendant to reach the other party, who may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through a telephone or any other telecommunication medium, with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desire.
