At around 12:40 on September 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) deemed that C (16 years of age) passed since he was sitting on the back of the bus stops located in front of the front B of the Dong-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and (b) carried out an obscene act by openly putting his sexual organ out by hand with his fingers.
