Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 00:10 on June 27, 2015, the Defendant reported “B (n, 30 years of age)” in front of the new apartment located in the university 6-gil 21, Ansan-si University, and followed “B (n, 30 years of age)” and carried out an obscene act by cutting down the sexual organ and cutting down it.

2. Around 14:00 on August 28, 2015, the Defendant reported a woman of 30 mid-to long-term radius 59, from the latter part of the white school located in Ansan-si 59, and carried out self-defense by cutting down the 30th half-round 14:30 on the same day. On the same day, the Defendant continued to engage in an obscene act by reporting the women of 20 first half-round 14:30 on the front of the Korean University Parking Lot, which was located in the center of Ansan-si 327 around the same day.
