Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:40, committed assault against the back of the victim’s head at the entrance of the above place, on the ground that the back of the victim’s D (the age of 24) was frighted and left from the road in front of the “C main store” in Pyeongtaek-si B without permission, on the ground that the latter part of the “C main store” in front of Pyeongtaek-si B, and caused the victim to face with the latter part of the victim’s head at the entrance.
