Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2016, the Defendant entered the D convenience store located in Jung-gu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as a customer.

The Defendant assaulted the victim E (20 years old) with her hand when her face was taken over on the part of the victim E in a convenience store on the ground that the behavior of the victim E (20 years old) who her drink was frighted within the convenience store.
