1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 4, 2009, C, the Plaintiff’s mother, received a pregnancy diagnosis at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Geumnam Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”) located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”), and thereafter received a regular mountain genetic examination at the Defendant hospital from around that time, and the Defendant hospital was sleeped about a childbirth at around 21:20 on March 28, 2010.
