1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

Reasons
1. On July 11, 2017, the Plaintiff, with the indication of the claim, leased a building listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 5,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 450,000, and the lease period of KRW 24 months from July 29, 2017.
However, the defendant did not pay the monthly rent from October 29, 2017, and the plaintiff notified the defendant of the termination of the above lease contract on the ground of this.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above building to the plaintiff and pay 450,000 won monthly rent or unjust enrichment from October 29, 2017 to the time when he/she delivers the above real estate.
