Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, the defendant B is above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Changwon District Court’s Busan Branch on September 3, 2014, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Changwon Prison on October 7, 2015.

[Criminal facts] The Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 4, 2016, at around 19:00, at the Defendant’s house located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and 303, the Defendant administered chophones by dilution approximately 0.03g of Mesophical medicine (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

B. The Defendant provided philophones to E by dilutioning 0.03g of philophones at the time, place, and 0.03g of philophones in water, and by injecting female-friendly E’s her buttock.

On May 5, 2016, at around 03:0, the Defendant administered philophones by dilution approximately 0.03g of philophones with water at the places described in paragraph (a) of 1, at approximately 0.03g of philophones, and injection of philophones into the right arms using philophones.

On May 6, 2016, at the place indicated in Section 1-A of around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) laid down “Jins, mulberry,” “B.

“On the request of “A”, the philophones were provided to B by dilution approximately 0.03g of philophones into water and injection of a single-use injection device into the right arms of B.

E. On May 6, 2016, at around 14:30 around 14:30, the Defendant received a request from B to the effect that “a medicine is broken, which is broken off with a penphone,” and provided B with a penphone by dilutioning approximately 0.03g of a penphone into water to the right part of B by using a day-to-day injection device.

F. The Defendant, on May 31, 2016, in the manner of injecting 21:00, injection into the right arms of using a disposable injection device by dilution approximately 0.03g of philophones into water from 306 to 0.03g in the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
