Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 689" Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On May 3, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant administered chophones in a way that psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related chophones (one chophones; hereinafter “chophones”) in the Defendant’s house located in Changwon-si B or 201, by dilution approximately 0.03g of a single psychotropic drug-related psychotropic substance into water and administering the chophones into the left arms using a disposable injection device.

2. On May 28, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of clophones per phiphones into water at the places indicated in paragraph (1) and administered clophones by means of injecting them into the left arms with a disposable injection device.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 1075" is not a narcotics handler.

1. At around 14:00 on September 30, 2016, the Defendant administered chophones by dilution approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs per single psychotropic medication, in the Defendant’s dwelling area located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B and 201 (hereinafter “chophones”). The Defendant administered chophones by means of injecting approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs into the left arms using a disposable injection device.

2. At around 16:00 on October 1, 2016, the Defendant administered phiphones by dilutioning approximately 0.03g of philophones into water from 305 Domophones in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Madon-si C, and administering phiphones into the left arms using a disposable injection device.

3. On October 2, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of clophones per phiphones into water at the places indicated in paragraph (2) and administered clophones by means of injecting 0.03gs into the left arms using a disposable injection device.

4. At around 04:00 on October 4, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of phiphones per minute in a manner of injecting them into the left arms by using a disposable injection device, at the place described in paragraph (2).
