A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 21:00 on the day of 209, the Defendant: (a) went to the room of the victim D (the 10-year old-old-age-old-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-of-the-child-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-age-of-age-age-age-of-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-age-of-age-age-age-age-age-of

On February 201, 201, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) laid down the body of the victim’s body at the same place on the same date; (b) put the Defendant’s sexual organ on the part of the victim’s negative part; and (c) took the Defendant’s sexual organ on the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s entrance; and (d) committed indecent act by force

3. The Defendant committed an indecent act against a child under the age of 13 by committing an indecent act against the victim at the same place in spring in the same manner as in the foregoing 2.

4. On January 9, 2014, the Defendant exceeded the Defendant’s lower panty and panty at the same place on the same time and at the victim’s rears, and led the Defendant to force the Defendant’s sexual organ against the victim, etc. by force.
