Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A and B contact with male customers who wanting to engage in sexual traffic through “F”, “G”, etc. in the former city or Gun mountain zone from March 4, 2016 to March 10, 2016, by employing the Chinese nationality D, E, etc., an employee of sexual traffic women, and having them contact with male customers who want to engage in sexual traffic. When receiving KRW 1.30,000 won from male customers, Defendant A and B would pay KRW 60,000 to sexual traffic women, and by allowing male customers to engage in sexual traffic, they would make profits from sexual traffic by allowing them to have sexual intercourse with male customers.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds to act as a commercial sex acts.

2. The Defendant committed the crime of Defendant C, from early February 2016 to February 20, 2016, by employing the name “I”, “J”, “K”, and “G” of the Russian nationality, which is an employee of sexual traffic, who can board and lodge a room at all levels, contact with a male guest who wants to engage in sexual traffic, and then, upon receiving KRW 1.50,000 from a male guest, paid KRW 10,000 to a female guest who wants to engage in sexual traffic, and by allowing a female customer to have sexual intercourse with a male guest, the Defendant would pay KRW 1,50,000 to a female guest, and by allowing a female customer to engage in sexual traffic to have sexual intercourse with a female guest.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
