1. The Defendant’s KRW 14,196,643 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from February 14, 2016 to August 11, 2017, and the following.
Reasons
1. The facts following the facts of recognition do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by taking into account the whole purport of the arguments and arguments made by the appraiser Gap's evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 4-1 to 25, 5-1 to 5, 6, and 10, 1, 2, 9-1, 2, 9-3, 1, 2, 2, 3, 1, 3, 4-1, 4-2, 2, and 3, and 3 as a whole. (1) On November 17, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 10 million, monthly rent of KRW 80,000,000, and from November 24, 2012 to November 24, 2014, the lease agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
(2) The instant lease agreement was renewed.

B. The current status of the leased object of this case and the surrounding building (1) is located on the land of Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the first Dong building with a size of 198 square meters on a single floor, the second Dong building with a size of 165 square meters on a single floor, and the leased object of this case.
(2) On May 24, 2012, the leased object of the instant building was approved on May 24, 2012.
(3) The Plaintiff leased the first and second buildings to E, and the Plaintiff used the first and second buildings to use it as a camping car-making factory in the first and second buildings.
C. The surrounding condition of the leased object of this case (1) was placed in the lower part of the leased object of this case, and the lower part of the leased object of this case, but the lower part of the trees was cut off or stalved due to the relation where the trees were accumulated for a long time.
(2) Although there is a wall behind the front of the saw tree, the 1st building, the 2nd building, and the facilities related to the fence, entrance, and guard, in front of the leased object of this case.
