The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

O's purport:

1. (1) The basic facts of the claim (1) were based on the Plaintiff’s father, G, and the Defendant transferred the ownership of each of the above buildings from G on May 31, 2012.

(2) On June 30, 2005, G leased the same building No. 2 to Nonparty E as a household warehouse by setting the lease term of two years. At the time, G newly installed electric circuit facilities in the building No. 2, and installed one fire extinguisher at two entrances of the building No. 2.

Since then, the above lease was renewed.

(3) On July 23, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract on the lease of the first building from the Defendant to KRW 20 million, KRW 1 million per month, and the term of the lease from August 10, 2013 to August 9, 2015 (the said lease contract was concluded by the G on behalf of the Defendant, and the said lease contract was renewed on August 10, 2015) and kept golf products, etc. on the first building from August 10, 2013.

(4) Around 2013, E was engaged in importing and selling furnitures, and around 2013, he installed a foundation in another nearby warehouse, and produced the body body of a built-in house from around that time, and then added a door.

E, in March 2016, by moving the Foundation to the 2nd building and with the consent of G, newly installed a power cable(s) for the foundation in the 2nd building with the consent of G.

(5) On June 22, 2016, around 09:00, one employee E worked and opened the entrance door of the second building (E, according to the E, two entrance doors of the second building are opened each day to prevent the use of damp water from a wooden household). At around 09:59, the occurrence of an unexpected fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) inside the second building, and the employee who had worked at the work at the time.
