A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, at around 17:45, Aug. 28, 2018, the Defendant, at the international port inside the MaDMA (one name Xer" hereinafter), a local mental medicine, 200 am and 4-Mexamine (4-Methoxympphamine) 100 ambropis, and 10 ambropis, and then put them into a brupt, and concealed them in a plastic brupt bag, a local mental medicine, into a plastic brupt bag, and then arrived at the Incheon International Airport 1, which is located in the Incheon Airport, around 20:57 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported MMA, 4-Mexa, and Kenya, a local mental medicine, from Taiwan to the Republic of Korea.
