1. The defendant shall pay 5,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from September 1, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
