1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 26, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 55,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 26, 2017 to the date of full payment. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount as set forth in the Disposition.
