Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2018, around 22:31, 2018, the Defendant driven a B rocketing motor vehicle, under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.085% from the YY-dong of Busan to the front of the 1st public security center located in the resignation-dong of Busan Dong-dong.
