If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2012, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.102% of blood alcohol concentration at around 21:57, driven a vehicle B observer in the section of approximately 500 meters from the studio village in front of the studio village in Busan Dong-dong, to the front of the Asian stadium which is located in the city of Busan Dong-dong.
