Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the organization bureau of the labor union B, C is the head of the general affairs office of the D Trade Union, E is the full-time workers belonging to the Seoul Headquarters of the F Trade Union, G is the F Trade Union Policy Director, H is the head of the F Trade Union I chapter of the F Trade Union.
