However, since the defendant was not registered as the above E business operator, it was not possible to sell the electricity siren to others, and even if he received the investment money from the victims, it was not possible to pay the profits due to the lack of a sales place of the electricity siren, and later, the victims did not intend to pay the profits normally to the victims, such as the payment of the investment money to the prior investors.

On March 18, 2015, the Defendant received 2 million won from the victim F as investment money from March 18, 2015, and acquired it through money.
