A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 22, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, who assaulted a drinking company in front of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and thereby was demanded to return home from the police officer D and E, who was called out after receiving 112 reports, around 08:09.

As a result, the Defendant said that “I am off, I would have to change the regime, but the police soldiers should immediately change,” and tried to see E’s face as a drinking by her hand while shaking E’s shoulder by hand, and continued to put D’s face.

As a result, the defendant assaulted D and E, who is the police officer, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by the police officer on the handling of 112 reported duties.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in the above Paragraph 1 above, destroyed articles used by public offices by putting the dissatisfactions on the arrested flagrant offender due to the interference with the performance of official duties in the above Paragraph 1 above, and exposing the strings of the strings by walking the strings with the right-hand side of the patrol vehicle.
