A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 13, 2009, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) written in blank “Flurt million won (70,000,000),” “debtor A,” and “Joint Guarantee E” on the 2nd floor of D and D adjacent to C, and written in blank, “Flurt million won (70,000,000), and signed and sealed E’s seal on the name side of E; and (b) written in 11 copies of the loan certificate as joint and several surety during a total of 11 times from around that time to August 27, 2013, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a letter of borrowed money in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Around August 27, 2013, the Defendant changed the face value of a promissory note stated as “F”, “F million won”, “B million won”, and “ issuer G” into “one hundred million won,” and changed the date of payment to “H”, “H”, “one million won at face value”, “the date of payment,” “the date of payment,” “the date of payment,” and “the date of payment,00 million won,” and “the date of payment,00 million won,” and “the date of payment,00 million won,” respectively.

(In accordance with the evidence duly examined and adopted by this court, some errors are corrected ex officio). Accordingly, the Defendant modified two copies of promissory notes, which are securities, without authority.

3. On August 27, 2013, the Defendant violated the Illegal Check Control Act: (a) changed the face value of the check number “I” and the check number “B” and the check number “B0 million won” to the “former ten million won; (b) in the same manner, the Defendant changed the face value of the check number “J”, the face value “0 million won”, and the date of payment into the “M0 million won” and the date of payment on December 30, 2013.
