Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2013, the Defendant driving B cargo vehicles around 21:30, and entered the entrance of CwF &G parking lots located in the Ansan-dong of Gwangju Mine-gu.

At the time, the above parking lot was parked due to the fact that there was a vehicle, pedestrian, etc. parked at night, and the defendant is negligent in neglecting the duty of care to verify whether there was a pedestrian by well examining the embankment, and even if there was a duty of care to drive safely.

From the right side of the defendant's proceeding to the left side, the victim C(57 years of age) was shocked by the front part of the above cargo vehicle, and was set up over the floor, and the front and rear wheels was set up in front of the left side.

Ultimately, at around 23:22 on the same day, the Defendant caused the victim's death by the shock shock in the emergency room of the E Hospital located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju.
