B The trade name “C” from around June 20, 2015 to April 2016; the trade name “D” from around May 2016 to July 2016; and the trade name “E” from around August 2016 to around September 7, 2016 to around September 7, 2016; and the Defendant was a person working for the said “D” at the said business name from around May 1, 2016 to around July 19, 2016 to around July 10, 2016 to the said business name “D”; the Defendant was a person working for the said business name from around June 10, 2016 to around July 2016 to from around July 2016 to the said business name “D”; and the person working for the said business name “D” and the said person working for the said business name “H” from around August 2016 to the said business name “E”); and the person working for the said business name “H” from the said business name.

The Defendant, along with B, F, G, H, and I, from May 1, 201 to July 19, 2016, up to 222, 308, 329, 430, 521, 629, 625, 726, 1402, and 1420 of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jtel’s (B), the Defendant advertised the above business places on the Internet website, such as “L” and “M”, and had male customers or male customers receive information on the advertisement, and then, the Defendant leased B, and F, from August 1, 2016 to September 7, 2016, leased 101 and 203 of the officetel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and provided them with 300,000 won to female customers or male customers, including N, who had contact with them, and provided them with 150,000 won or female customers, including Q.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B, F, G, H, and I to arrange commercial sex acts.
