A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating a “E” company as a manufacturer of fire extinguishing machinery for ships in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and the victim F (V, 18 years of age) is a person employed in the above company in high school and worked from November 11, 2013 to February 23, 2013.

1. At around 09:00 on November 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) up to 09:0, at the office of the above company; (b) up to 2:3 times the victim’s her mared.

2. At around 10:00 on November 18, 2013, the Defendant brought about about 5 minutes losses on the victim’s bucks located adjacent to the instant company’s office.
