Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2012, from around 11:30 to 17:00 of the same month, the Defendant interfered with traffic by interfering with the flow of vehicles that he/she left the above road and left the site and passing through the road in order to avoid passing through the road, as he/she disputes the c'C' problem with the width of ordinary residents D and village access roads.
