Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:30 on December 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) left D’s cement Packing road in front of D’s house Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun; (b) left D’s cement Packing road (3m in width); and (c) demanded the said road to allow the vehicle to move from Eribe, the Defendant owns, and (d) to move from F to the road, “I see whether it is a State or a private land; (b) left the site; (c) left the site; (d) left the said cargo vehicle, leaving the site by not later than 12:0 on the same day; and (e) obstructed traffic by preventing the traffic flow of automobiles passing through the said road through land.
