1. The Defendant: (a) is the Plaintiff; (b) is not less than 462 square meters in Ansan-si;

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On December 4, 2007, the registration of preservation of ownership was made in the name of the Plaintiff on December 4, 2007 for the farmland of 168 square meters (a. hereinafter the same shall apply) in Ansan-si.

B.
