1. 2. On July 16, 2015, around 00:30 on July 16, 2015, the Defendant entered the victim K, who was parked in the front of the Daejeon Sung-gu J building, with three passbooks owned by the victim and three unexploied to the amount, and stolen them.

3. On July 16, 2015, around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) carried a victim N’s O car parked in the parking lot of the Daejeon Sung-gu MM building; (b) carried a victim’s cash of KRW 10,000; and (c) carried a 10,000 male clothes worth KRW 10,000 in the market value; and (d) stolen the Defendant.

1. On October 13, 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) discovered QA car at a parking lot located in Daejeon Pungdong P on October 13, 2015; and (b) did not carry the entrance in a way to steal cash in that parking lot; (c) but, at the same time, did not carry the goal on the wind that was discovered to the victim R, who was seated at a net driver’s seat, and attempted to flee.
