1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 18, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

However, the amount of consolation money shall be determined as KRW 10 million in consideration of all the circumstances, such as the process and period of marital life of the plaintiff and C, the period and degree of the defendant's misconduct, the influence of the defendant's misconduct on the marital life of the plaintiff and C, etc.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the ratio of 5% per annum under the Civil Act from March 18, 2017 to June 9, 2017, which is the date following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the Plaintiff as a result of the tort and after the date of the tort, to 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of complete payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
