Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 9, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Seoul Northern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 19, 2020.
【Criminal Facts】
The criminal facts were appropriately revised to the extent that it does not materially disadvantage the defendant's right of defense.
After the lapse of the path on December 11, 2019, the Defendant became aware of the Victim B (Gain, 50 years of age) (Gain, Gain, 50 years of age) of the Security Department.
1. 2. The Defendant attempted to rape at around 08:50 on December 12, 2019, by stating, “Around December 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was aware of having sexual intercourse with the victim at a G Park parking lot located in F in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) opened a front door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door to the victim’s body; and (c) was humped by the victim’s hump; and (d) “A hump, with the sound hump, with the victim’s hump, with the victim’s humb, with the victim’s humb, with the victim’s hum door door door
