On August 6, 2014, at around 04:03, the Defendant, “D” operated by the victim C (the 32 years of age, n) of the 3rd floor B in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and obstructed the victim’s above alcohol collection work by force for about 30 minutes by force.
