Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 1187"

1. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on the lower order of 03:00 on the day, the Defendant: (b) opened a door that was parked by the victim C in a elim loan Adong parking lot located in 202, U.S. Kimhae-si; and (c) went into the said car and brought about a theft of KRW 1,000 on the part of the victim who was kept in custody.

2. On June 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim E, which was near F in the city of Kimhae on June 11, 2015; (b) caused the victim E to theft the amount of KRW 30,000 per annum owned by the victim, who entered the said vehicle through the window opened in the G car parked by the victim E; and (c) was kept there.

3. At around 02:30 on June 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in which the victim H was parked, and entered the said car, and brought a theft of KRW 50,000,000,000,000 for cash owned by the victim who was kept in custody.

4. At around 02:40 on June 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in which the Victim J was not corrected for the said vehicle; (b) entered the said vehicle; and (c) brought a theft of KRW 5,150 in cash owned by the victim who was kept in custody.

5. At around 03:10 on June 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in which the Victim L was not able to correct the Mysttop car in the 153-23 Gagori-ro, Kimhae-si; and (b) entered the said car, thereby cutting down the cash amounting to KRW 20,000,000, which was owned by the Victim and kept in the said place.

6. On June 22, 2015, around 03:30 on June 22, 2015, the Defendant was in the vicinity of 28-14, Gain-ro 176, Gain-ro 176, Kimhae-si, and the Defendant was not in the correction of OXG car parkeded by the Defendant N.
