A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

around 07:55 on July 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) DK5 car parked by the victim C; and (c) cut off with cash of KRW 130,000 owned by the victim, which was kept in the container box of the said vehicle.

On August 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) from around 02:06 to around 02:07, the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) in order to steal money and valuables in custody of the G rocketing passenger car owned by the victim F, parked therein, the Defendant attempted to steal the victims’ property through the same method four times in total, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

1. Larceny and embezzlement of stolen and stolen property;

A. On July 11, 2019, at around 07:20, the Defendant: (a) opened a studio, a victim I parked in front of Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) opened a studio XG car without correction; and (c) took one copy of the post office studio card in that area.

In addition, from this point to August 25, 2019, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 580,000 on four occasions, as shown in Appendix I.

B. On August 2019, the Defendant: (a) on the way of a felling felling in Seosung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon; (b) obtained one credit card, the victim K lost, and returned it to the victim; and (c) did so without following necessary procedures.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. On July 11, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act (or attempted fraud) committed the said card as if the Defendant was the genuine owner of the I’s post office check, such as the entry of the above 1’s paragraph (a), at the N convenience store located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon. In doing so, the said card is the victim.
