A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion; (b) on the part of the Defendant: (c) on the part of the Defendant, the victim D (25 years of age) who was on the part of the Gyeongbuk-gun, the first correctional institution, and the eighth Dong-dong, a prison, and was in the progress of the Cheongbuk-gun, the Defendant: (d) rejected the victim D (25 years of age); (b) but (c) by threatening the victim, “I are only able to stop down, stop down, and store one stop in prison.” (d) threatened the victim, thereby suppressing the victim’s resistance; and (e) forced indecent act by compulsion the victim’s chests

2. Similar rape;

A. On February 23, 2016, while the Defendant was in the above confinement room, the Defendant forced the victim to sit in knee between the two sides of the Defendant, and let the victim kneel down the Defendant’s sexual organ, and added the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s entry, thereby similar rape.

B. At around 21:00 on March 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim with the victim by threatening the victim, such as “I ambbher’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s panty; and (b) led the victim to the victim’s panty and inserted the Defendant’s her sexual organ into the victim’s herus; and (c) raped the victim by the said method five times in total between around 22:00 and around 2200.

3. Around April 5, 2016, the Defendant told the victim at the above confinement room that “at the time of the death of the victim, he/she must have a flag at the factory,” but when the victim refused to do so, the Defendant assaulted the victim when 10 times the left face part of the victim’s drinking is 10 times.
