A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

3. From around July 5, 2016 to around 08:30 to around 10:30 on July 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took the victim’s house in the same manner as paragraph (1) from around July 5, 2016 to around 10:30; and (b) took the victim’s sexual organ into custody; (c) threatened the victim refusing sexual intercourse in the same way as paragraph (1) to suppress the victim’s resistance; and (d) inserted the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound

4. On July 27, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime from around 08:00 to around 10:00 on July 27, 2016, by taking the victim’s house from around 08:0, in the same manner as that of paragraph (1), and by taking the victim’s house into account in the manner as provided in paragraph (1), and intimidation the victim refusing to sexual intercourse in the same manner as provided in paragraph (1).
