A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around February 11, 2015, at around 11:00, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle for the Ctaxison without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 20km from the Cheongcheon-gun to the vicinity of the rooftop intersection located in the Cheongcheon-gun, Incheon-do Cheongcheon-do Cheongcheon-do Cheongcheon-do Cheongcheon-si, the same day from February 4, 2015.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a vehicle C of the vehicle.

On February 4, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 11:20, and driven the national highway No. 37 lanes near the apartment intersection located in the Cheongcheon-gun Incheon-do Cheongcheon-do Cheongcheon-do Cheongcheon-do.
