Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant concluded a lease contract in the complex shopping district located in Daegu Northern-gu B in his own name, registered the name of C with the trade name, received meat from the wholesalers of the land, and D (Suspension of indictment on the same day) intended to acquire large volume of meat supplied from the victims by taking charge of each of the roles of receiving the meat from the wholesalers of the land.
1. On December 27, 2010, the crime D with the victim E (F company) made a false statement to the victim E at the above multiple shopping complex C to the effect that “The payment will be made in cash once every ten days.”
However, the defendant and D continued to operate C, and there was no intention or ability to pay the price for the goods to the victim.
The Defendant and D conspired to deception the victim as above and received 13,371,180 won in total from the victim on January 4, 201, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1) from January 10, 201, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1), including that the victim was provided with meat equivalent to 5,120,980 won around January 4, 201.
2. Around December 29, 2010, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim G (H company) made a false statement to the victim G at the above multiple shopping complex C, stating that “The payment will be made in cash once every ten days.”
However, the defendant and D continued to operate C, and there was no intention or ability to pay the price for the goods to the victim.
The Defendant and D conspired to deception the victim as above and received 13,563,675 won in total on five occasions from the victim, as stated in the attached list of crimes (2) from January 10, 201, including that the victim was provided with 3,304,240 won around January 3, 201.
