The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is that the Defendant only shacks the victim's shoulder and pushed the victim's face, does not have any other shacked or pushed the victim's face, or did not have any other hack the victim's face. There is no fact that the Defendant has inflicted any bodily injury.

2. On January 9, 2019, the lower court duly adopted and examined the following circumstances acknowledged by evidence, i.e., (i) the victim: (a) the victim visited the police station on the ground that the victim did not communicate the instructions at the time of the instant case; (b) the victim’s face was satisfyed; and (c) the victim’s face was satisfyed; and (d) the victim satisfyed. The victim was satisfyed with the victim’s face on the day when the victim made a statement to the effect that “the victim was satched with the victim’s face; and (b) the victim was satfyed with the victim’s face on the day when the victim was satfyed with the victim’s face; and (c) the victim was satfyd with the victim’s face on the day when the victim was satisfyd with the victim’s face.”
