1. The Defendant (Appointeds) KRW 12,231,610, KRW 4,989,980, KRW 5,301,420, and KRW 5,301,420 to the Appointeds C.

The Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointed Party at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from January 14, 2016 to December 30, 2015, since the fact that the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointed Party did not pay retirement allowances as stipulated in paragraph (1) of this Article, to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) who worked as an employee from September 1, 2012 to December 30, 2015. Thus, the Defendant is liable to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 14% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from the date of retirement of the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointed Party to the date of full payment.
