1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 33,485,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from August 29, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Each fact stated in the reasons for the attached Form of the judgment on the cause of claim does not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by comprehensively taking into account the purport of the entire pleadings as to the statement in subparagraphs A through 4. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,485,00 and damages for delay calculated by adding a rate of 15% per annum from August 29, 2017 to the day following the day when the original copy of the payment order in this case was served to the Defendant.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
