Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 4, 2007, the defendant was issued a summary order of 1.5 million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court, and on March 26, 2007, the above court was issued a summary order of 3 million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On December 18, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 22:00, 0.151% of the blood alcohol concentration, driven B rocketing car from the road adjacent to the movable property house located in Busan Young-gu to its adjacent private intersection.
