Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2001, the defendant issued a summary order of one million won or more as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court's branch court's order on November 17, 2001; the summary order of three million won or more as a fine for the same crime in the Daegu District Court's support on December 29, 2003; the summary order of the same court on April 26, 2005; the summary order of four million won or more as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act or a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-exclusive license); the above court on July 21, 2005 issued a summary order of five million won or more as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-exclusive license); the above court on July 18, 2007, after being sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-exclusive license) and the suspended sentence of one month or more as a total of one month or more (one month or more).

On June 2, 2014, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven a car without a driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol level of approximately 0.142%, from around 1 kilometer to around the roads in the Gu-si-si Do-dong in the Gu-U.S., from around 23:20 to the roads in the Gu-U.S. Do-dong.
