A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a full-time teacher of Chigh School in Sungnam-si, the third grade 12, and the victim D (Nam, 17 years of age) was a third grade 12, the victim E (Nam, 17 years of age) was a third grade 10, the victim F (Nam, 17 years of age) was a student in the third grade 11, and the victim F (Nam, 17 years of age) was a child or juvenile.

The Defendant’s indecent act by compulsion against the victim D committed an indecent act by force on 13 occasions a total of 13 occasions, as indicated in the list of offenses, when the victim talks with the same friendly G, H, I, J, etc. within the class of 3th and 12th class of the said C High School at the time when the victim talks with the same friendly G, H, I, J, etc. in the middle of March 2019.

2. The Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion against the victim E by force on March 17, 2019: (a) around 17:00, the Defendant completed a course of study within the class of the third grade 10 class class of the said C High School; and (b) caused the victim to sit in knee himself/herself; and (c) the victim’s refusal to do so and attempted to do so, she forced the victim to fele twice by her her her t

3. Indecent acts with regard to victims F;

A. On April 19, 2019, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) provided potteries in order to G, K, L, etc., a victim’s walk in the south corridor of the above C High School; and (b) committed an indecent act by kiscing the victim’s own boom while pottering the victim.

B. The Defendant:

On the following day after the date of entry in the port, the victim who was gleeped in the corridor of the third grade 11 of the C High School was forced to attract him.
