Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a Chigh school sports teacher and life guidance director in Busan Dong-gu, and the victim D (name, leisure, 17 years old), victim E (name, leisure, 17 years old), victim F (17 years old), victim G (the family name, leisure, 18 years old), victim H (the family name, leisure, 17 years old) is a student in the third grade of C High School.

1. On April 26, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim D with golf loans among the sports class hours at Chigh School golf clubs located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and the Defendant saw a flick-type stone.

2.
