Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, without a driver’s license, was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.212%, and around 17:00 September 18, 2012, the Defendant driven approximately 150 meters in the name of “C” in the name of “C” 170-209, and “C” 150 meters in the name of “C” from the front road of the Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the front road of the Jinna Chinese House.
