Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on November 19, 2013, the Defendant destroyed the amount of 130,000,000 won at the market price by leaving a bicycle on the street, which was driven by the victim B (SM) who was moving a bicycle on the ground that the amount of the passenger car driven by the victim B (SM) was light at the age of 80,00, in front of the Y Welfare Center for the Aged who was moving a bicycle on the street at the time of permanent residence of the Defendant.
