Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 17:10 on May 2, 202, the Defendant: (b) set up a bicycle boarding the said road on the ground that the victim D, who is a bus driver, had a large radius on the 2nd exit road, No. 173 Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, 173, and obstructed the Defendant’s bus operation by force by preventing the operation of the said bus with two arms between about 20 minutes; (c) thereby obstructing the Defendant’s bus operation.
