A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the F company management team in Seo-gu, Gwangju, and the victim G (V, 20 years of age) from February 13, 2017

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force using the victim's resistanceable condition.

2. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On April 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 01:05, while drinking alcohol with the victim on the “L” located in G in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by inserting the victim’s parts, such as the victim, while drinking alcohol; (b) while drunkly drinking, the victim’s side of the fluened singr is faced with the victim’s view; and (c) by putting the fluence on the back of the victim’s hand, the Defendant forced the victim to do so.

B. On the same day as the preceding paragraph 01:07, the Defendant took the victim under the influence of alcohol into “Nel” in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, and committed an indecent act on the victim’s face by force against the victim’s face in order to keep the victim under the influence of alcohol.
